WHY CONNECT WITH SYNCIO?
Connecting your store to Agility Supply Co through Syncio makes running your reseller business much easier.
LIVE STOCK SYNCING
Stock levels are kept synchronised between Agility Supply Co and your store, helping reduce the risk of selling a size or product that is no longer available.
ADD OUR PRODUCTS TO YOUR STORE
Once connected, you can select Agility Supply Co products through Syncio and sync them directly to your Shopify store.
You can then customise your product titles, descriptions, pricing and other content to suit your own brand.
Important: Do not change the product SKUs once products have been synced, as Syncio uses matching SKUs to maintain the connection.
NO NEED TO HOLD STOCK
You don't need to purchase multiple pairs in advance or store the trainers yourself.
List our available products, market them through your own business and make the sale first.
AUTOMATED ORDER FULFILMENT
With Syncio's Order Forwarding feature correctly enabled, eligible orders containing our synced products can automatically be sent through to Agility Supply for fulfilment.
We'll then pick, pack and dispatch the order directly to your customer.
TRACKING SENT BACK TO YOUR STORE
Once we fulfil a forwarded order and add the tracking information, Syncio can sync the fulfilment and tracking details back to your original Shopify order.
This means less manual admin for you and a much smoother fulfilment process.
HOW TO CONNECT TO AGILITY SUPPLY CO.
Setting up your connection only takes a few steps.
STEP 1 — INSTALL SYNCIO
Install Syncio on your Shopify store and set your store up as the store receiving products from Agility Supply.
In Syncio terminology, Agility Supply Co is the Source Store and your store is the Destination Store.
STEP 2 — CONNECT TO AGILITY SUPPLY
Open the Syncio Dashboard and go to:
Stores → Connect New Store / Source Stores
Select the option to connect using a Unique Key.
Enter our Agility Supply Co Syncio key:

Once accepted, your store will be connected to Agility Supply Co.
STEP 3 — CHOOSE THE PRODUCTS YOU WANT TO SELL
Once connected, open the Products section within Syncio and select Agility Supply as your Source Store.
You'll then be able to browse the products we have made available for syncing.
Choose the products you want and select Sync.
Syncio will create the products on your Shopify store and establish the ongoing inventory connection.
You don't have to sell everything we stock — simply choose the products that suit your website and customers.
IMPORTANT — TURN ON AUTOMATIC ORDER FORWARDING
This step is essential if you want your orders to automatically reach Agility Supply Co.
Simply connecting your store and syncing our products does not mean your customer orders will automatically appear on our system.
Without Syncio's Orders functionality correctly activated, you could receive an order on your website without that order being automatically forwarded to us for fulfilment.
HOW TO ENABLE IT
Within your Syncio Destination Store:
1. Open Syncio
2. Go to the Orders section
3. Activate the Syncio Orders add-on if it isn't already active
4. Within the Orders functionality, enable the option to automatically push/forward synced orders to the Source Store
Make sure automatic order pushing is enabled for Agility Supply Co.
Once configured, qualifying orders containing products synced from Agility Supply can be automatically pushed through to our Shopify system for fulfilment.
We strongly recommend placing a test order after setup to make sure your order forwarding is working correctly before you begin actively selling.

YOUR CUSTOMER ORDERS
A customer purchases an Agility Supply product through your website.

SYNCIO FORWARDS THE ORDER
With automatic Order Forwarding enabled, the relevant synced products and customer delivery information are sent to Agility Supply.

WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
The order appears within our fulfilment system ready for processing.
↓
WE PICK & PACK
Our team picks your customer's trainers and packages the order completely unbranded.
↓
WE DISPATCH
The parcel is sent directly to your customer using our UK delivery service.
↓
TRACKING SYNCS BACK
Once fulfilled, tracking information can be synced back through Syncio to your original Shopify order.

IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU START SELLING
Please make sure:
- Your store is successfully connected to Agility Supply
- The products you are selling show as synced in Syncio
- Product SKUs have not been changed
- Syncio Orders / Order Forwarding is activated
- Automatic order pushing is switched ON
If Automatic Order Forwarding is not enabled, receiving an order on your website does not guarantee that Agility Supply has received it.
